いよいよ始まりました Google Code Jam 2006。予選に挑戦です。 5 つあるセットのうち、Set 5 にアサインされました。各セットの上位 200 名、計 1000 名が予選を通過できます。
ちょうど、17:00 に開始しました。

250 点問題にちょっとてこずり、15 分以上かかり提出。

この 250 点問題のスコアでは、とれもこれだけで予選を通過できそうもありません。確実に 750 点問題を解かなければいけない状況になってしまいました。 750 点問題をオープン。

15 分ほどで提出。これで通るだろうと思いほっと一息。

ところが見直してみると、バグ発見。。。修正して、再提出。

(17:37:17) System> gentoo has submitted the 750-point problem for 385.45 points
542 -> 385 と大幅に再提出ペナルティを食らいます。。。いたい。。
最終的はポイントは、176.79 + 385.45 = 562.24。Set 5 内の順位は、現在のところ 109 位です。まだ全員が参加しているわけではないのでなんともいえませんが、システムテストに 2 問ともパスすれば予選通過できそうな範囲にはなんとかおさまりました。ふー。あとは祈るのみです。
